Write to someone you don't know
What if you didn't know who you were writing to?
Seabottles is a place to say what you really feel and have someone, somewhere, read it. You write a short note with no name, cast it out to sea like a message in a bottle, and the current carries it to a few strangers. Any of them can write back.
There are no profiles, no photos, no followers, and no likes. No one counts how many people read you, so there's no one to perform for. What's left is what you actually wanted to say.
Three steps
1. WriteBetween 15 and 800 characters. No name, no photo. Just the place you're writing from, if you want to share it.
2. Cast itChoose one to three of the seven seas — Life, Love, Secrets, Memories… — and a current. Then let it go.
3. Someone repliesIt might take hours or days. It might never happen. When it does, it's from someone who doesn't know you and chose to write back anyway.
Words, not hearts
Whoever finds your bottle can reply once. If you write back, a private chat opens between two people who stay strangers. And you'll find bottles too: on your shore, to read and reply to, and in Open Sea, to read, keep, or pass on.
Seabottles is for adults 18 and over. It's free, there's nothing to download, and no one asks for your email, phone number, or name to get started.
